Christina L. Drakou

Of counsel

Christina read law in the United Kingdom and graduated from University of Sheffield with an LL.B (Hons) and from University of Bristol with an LL.M in commercial studies.  She then returned to Cyprus where she qualified as an advocate and became partner in one of the then largest and leading established general practice law firms in Cyprus. In 2006 she co-founded LCLAW Stylianou & Drakou LLC and she is now of counsel at LC LAW Stylianou & Associates LLC.

  • Corporate and banking law, including dealing with matters relating to structuring corporate entities including international business entities
  • Drafting commercial contracts, project finance and loan documentation
